In Cyberpunk 2077, you will have many missions that cannot be solved directly, such as one of the first missions you will get. Named "The Gig", this quest will ask you to find the body of Sandra Dorsett.

Jackie Welles asks you to join him to find the woman right after the lifepath quests.

Once the mission is completed and Sandra is safe, a goal appears asking you to collect your reward from Wakako. The problem? Wakako is in Japantown and you are confined in Watson, where your apartment is located.

You can't complete the quest simply because you haven't progressed far enough in the story. To complete the contract, you must have completed the mission "The Heist".

Complete the mission

Once "The Heist" is over, you are free to move around the whole Night City. Go to Jig-Jig Street in Japantown to find Wakako.

The woman then thanks you for your intervention and for saving Sandra Dorsett's life. She offers you a generous reward.

Reward

Wakako gives you free hand implants at Cassius Ryder's clinic, which is not far away. Go there to collect your reward and finish the mission.

This reward, the Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint Tattoo will you to use the smart-targeting module in smart weapons and directly connect the user's optical implant to the weapon system, allowing real-time data tracking.

This implant is basically a smart weapons jammer tattoo.
