Some missions can end badly in you make the wrong decisions in Cyberpunk 2077. Happy Together is one of them, even if the consequences don't directly affect you.

This mission is launched after The Heist and the appearance of Johnny. As you leave your apartment and then go down a floor, you will see 2 police officers knocking on the door of an apartment to try to speak to their colleague Barry (not to be confused with those above to arrest someone). Start by talking to the police, then agree to help. Then go knock on Barry's door. You won't get an answer, that's normal. You have to come back a few hours later.

Happy Together Good Ending

When you come back to the apartment later on, Barry will open his door. Don't give in to the temptation to choose the answers unlocked by your Body Attribute, that's the trap of this mission. Barry is a depressed person who needs to be listened to, not to have his ass kicked. Be understanding and listen, and make sure to ask him about his dead friend, Andrew, and what he meant to him: that's how you'll unlock the optional objective that matters for the good ending.

Once the dialogue is over, do NOT go back to the police. Instead visit his friend Andrew's grave at the Columbarium on the east side of town.

The niche in which Andrew's ashes and message are stored is on one of the blue panels, not far from the Tarot card graffiti. Then, talk to Johnny.

You can then go back and talk to the police. Explain to them that Barry is not well, that he needs to talk. All you have to do is follow them as they go to see Barry. If you have done all the steps correctly, he will open the door and let them in.

You can return to see Barry later as well.

On the other hand, if you selected the wrong answers in the first dialogue, or did not go through the cemetery, Barry will have committed suicide.
