Just got your hands on Jhin in Wild Rift and not quite sure what you should be doing? Fear not! Read on for our guide on the Virtuoso and you'll be dominating the enemy duo in the botlane in no time at all!

Runes

Fleet Footwork

Gathering Storm

Loyalty

Manaflow Band

Jhin's passive, Whisper, gives him a way to reliably build up some serious bonuses to his movement speed, which go hand-in-hand with Fleet Footwork. You'll often build up stacks of this rune just by playing normally, and the minor bonus to your sustain will always come in handy. The unlimited scaling that Gathering Storm offers means that Jhin will stay a threat, even late into the match.

In green, Loyalty is always the right choice, as long as you stay close enough to your support to benefit from its defensive bonuses.

In blue, we settled on Manaflow Band, which can be charged up rather quickly since Jhin is quite spell-dependant, whether during the laning phase or in teamfights.

Skills

Here is the optimal skill order for Jhin. Max out his abilities as outlined in the graphic below, but don't forget to rank up his ultimate whenever you can.

2. Rapid Firecannon

3. Statikk Shiv

4. Mortal Reminder

5. Enchant Boots - Quicksilver

Tips and Tricks

  • It may take you some time to master Curtain Call, Jhin's ultimate, but once you do, you'll find it to be a very effective way of starting a fight, or helping your jungler gank your lane. Remember, using it to slow a single target can be a perfectly valid way to use this spell, provided you and your team can capitalise on it.
  • When laning, put down some Captive Audience traps next to the river. This way, if the enemy jungler decides to pay a visit to your lane, you'll often be able to see them before they arrive and react as necessary..
