Runes

Conqueror

Triumph

Conditioning

Sweet Tooth

Yasuo's gameplan lies in taking rather long trades with the enemy midlaner, all while using his dashes to avoid taking to too much damage. Yasuo is able to build up Conqueror charges rather quickly, which lets him deal added damage.

Yasuo is quite fragile, so take Triumph, as it will help you get out of sticky situations alive.

Conditioning may well mean that you'll have to keep a low profile for the first 5 minutes of the match, but will give you a healthy stat boost afterwards.

Sweet Tooth will help you make it through difficult laning phases, thanks to the added healing offered by its fruits. The bonus gold is also welcome, since it reduce the time it takes for you to get your items.

Tips and Tricks

  • Yasuo can pass through certains walls on the map, such as the one next to the Gromps, by placing a ward on the other side of wall and dashing to a neutral monster with his Sweeping Blade.
  • Use your ultimate, Last Breath, to put some distance between you and your enemies. In dangerous encounters and fights against mutiple enemies, this ability can be used as an escape.
