Just picked up Zed in Wild Rift and not quite sure how to get started? Don't worry! Just read on for our guide on the Master of Shadows and you'll be dominating the midlane in no time.
Runes
Zed is an assassin who is depending on being able to chain his spells into one another to take down his target. Electrocute will give you a boost to help you burst down a single target. Triumph will improve your the lethality of your ultimate, Death Mark, and your passive, Contempt for the Weak.
In green and blue, we've opted for the Hunter set, since this midlaner is at his best when he's roaming across the map and popping into other lanes unannounced. By picking up multiple kills, you'll earn some important stat boosts for your champion.
Skills
Here is the best skill order for Zed. Max out his abilities as outlined below, but don't forget to rank up his ultimate whenever you can.
Note: At Level 2, make sure you always put a point in Living Shadow, as it lets you have the upper hand in any potential trades.

Tips and Tricks
Use your shadows to put some distance between yourself and any dangerous opponents. Enemies who aren't used to playing against Zeds will rush towards you, forgetting all about your shadows, giving you an easy escape route.
Your ultimate, Death Mark, works as a vanish which lets you dodge enemy Crowd Control if used at the right time.
