Combat Tier List - General
This tier list is mostly subjective, and has been built around our experience in-game. We've built on the power and utility of different characters in combat, whether in Domains, against Bosses, or in the Abyss.
This tier list will change over time, with the arrival of new characters in Genshin Impact.

Like any tier list, this one is subjective. Different players will prefer different playstyles, and the beauty of Genshin Impact is that there are so many possibilities when crafting your team. Try out what best suits you, and don't feel pressured into using only the top, top tier characters -- even Amber can be fun to play!
This tier list will be updated with upcoming new character releases, or patches that will change the dynamics of certain characters.
