The Warzone metagame changes on what feels like a daily basis thanks to regular changes to weapon performance by Raven Software. With a number of changes being made to light machine guns (LMGs), players are slowly beginning to use a range of LMGs in order to get the upper hand over the opposition.
One weapon that is surprisingly strong on the streets of Verdansk is the SA87 that first appeared in Warzone when the battle royale was released in March 2020. Despite the low rate of fire, this particular LMG is one of the strongest thanks to its high stability levels and deadly damage output.
Thanks to the Gunsmith, there are a variety of attachments to choose from which can benefit several elements of the SA87. With that said, what are the best to use? Check out the best combination below!
SA87 Warzone Best Attachments
This particular combination of attachments provides significant improvements in accuracy and overall firepower, making the SA87 one of Warzone's strongest mid-range weapons. Here are the best attachments to use:
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Laser: Tac Laser
- Optic: VLK 3.0x Optic
- Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
- Ammunition: 60 Round Mags
As always, the monolithic suppressor features on the muzzle of the SA87 thanks to the increases in bullet velocity while the foregrip provides some much-needed recoil control.
The choice of a Tac Laser may seem unusual but the SA87 has an extremely slow aim-down sight speed, making the laser an essential attachment in order to react quickly to any opposition standing in the way.
SA87 Warzone Loadout
Like many LMGs in the Warzone arsenal, mobility is not one of the strongest features of the weapons in the category, meaning Perk selection is hugely important in order to build the best SA87 Warzone loadout. Here are the three Perks we recommend using:
- Perk 1: Double Time
- Perk 2: Ghost
- Perk 3: Battle Hardened
Double Time increases the length of Tactical Sprint by 30%, making it much easier to move around the map despite the low mobility levels of the SA87. Thanks to the versatility of the LMG, Overkill is not required so to replace it in the usual Perk 2 slot, we selected Ghost to conceal location from any enemy UAVs.
The last perk we chose is Battle Hardened to increase resistance to any opposition tactical equipment. This is ideal when it comes to maintaining focus on a particular target even when impacted by equipment designed to decrease focus.
