This Fortnite mission is achievable anywhere on the island. Just grab an IO vehicle with off-road tires and go.
Obviously, speed is essential here, so we'll advise you on where we think is the best (see: quickest) location to visit for your vehicle.
Where to find IO vehicles and off-road tires
With the alien invasion, many IO camps have sprung up all over the island. Usually you will find an IO vehicle near each camp. We still recommend that you stay around Misty Meadows and Slurpy Swamp.
The IO vehicles are easily spotted: they are black, with a white logo on the front doors.

To find off-road tires, you will have to search the garages, gas stations and other racing circuits on the map. While sometimes the tires are directly lootable, other times you will have to destroy stalls to recover them.
To place them on an IO car, simply aim at the car with the tires and throw them onto it.
Once the car is fitted with the off-road tires, just get in and drive at least 1000 meters to complete the challenge.
Naturally, be mindful of enemy players in the area attempting to complete the same challenge! We'd recommend you arm up beforehand, just in case!
