The best Artifacts for Kokomi in Genshin Impact
We think the best Artifact set for Kokimi is the full Tenacity of the Millelith set.
This is because it's a powerful support set, granting a boost to HP and increasing the ATK of nearby party members.
However, you can also run a 2/2 split with Maiden Beloved, for extra healing.
Talent and Constellation priority for Kokomi in Genshin Impact
You absolutely want to focus on the Kurage's Oath Elemental Skill first, as it both deals Hydro DMG and heals allies. It scales off her Max HP - more health, more healing.
Then, focus on the Nereid's Ascension Elemental Burst, which deals Hydro DMG and then buffs Kokomi, allowing her Normal and Charged attacks to heal nearby party members and granting her resistance to interruption. She can also walk on water, too.
Finally, upgrade her Normal Attack, The Shape of Water.
In terms of Constellation, the fourth is the one you want to try and attain - The Moon Overlooks The Waters - as it helps with the uptime for her other abilities.
The best stat priority and substat priority for Kokomi in Genshin Impact
