The Engulfing Lightning polearm is ideal for Thoma, as it grants Energy Recharge on Elemental Burst use. This is perfect when switching out to your main DPS.
If you haven't pulled this weapon yet, then "The Catch" is a good substitute.
The best Artifacts for Thoma in Genshin Impact
Again, with the Energy Recharge-focused build you'll want to run with the Emblem of Severed Fate set. Load it with HP% for additional scaling. Even going 2/2 with Tenacity of the Millelith would be a good option for more HP.
Alternatively, you can mix the Noblesse Oblige set's Elemental Burst DMG with Crimson Witch of Flames for the additional Pyro DMG.
Talent and Constellation priority for Thoma in Genshin Impact
You'll want to max out the Crimson Ooyoroi Elemental Burst first, as that provides the most utility. Focus on the Blazing Blessing Elemental Skill next, or the shielding it offers.
Constellation-wise, A Comrade's Duty (C1) is great for reduced cooldown on Blazing Blessing, while Long-Term Planning (C4) is outstanding for Energy restoration.
