Akshan is a close-range marksman specializing in skirmishes. He typically takes the main Conqueror rune, so often relevant on ADCs, which will allow for sustained trades.
Brutal gives a bunch of hard stats from the start of the match, and allows you to gain the advantage against most enemies in early trades.
In green, Adaptive Carapace is perfect for avoiding ganks too easily, often proving decisive.
In blue, Sweet Tooth is perfect on Akshan, who will often come up against tough mages with more range.
