Runes
Renekton begins the game as a domineering duelist in lane, before becoming a bruiser later. He'll likely bully a lane opponent, whether in long or short trades.
Conqueror adds to this offensive capability, all the way into the lategame.
In red, the Brutal rune ramps up offensive stats to strengthen your oppression in the laning phase. We'll build on this with Adaptive Carapace in green.
Finally, Mastermind is a great gold-earning tool if you go down the splitpusher route, which is common on the champion.

Tips & Tricks
- Slice and Dice creates a lot of distance, so don't hesitate to use it to escape a gank or focus. Activate it on a minion, even if it means moving forward a little, in order to then benefit from the second activation.
- Ruthless Predator is a skill that behaves like an auto-attack reset. A good combo is Slice and Dice > Auto-Attack > Ruthless Predator > Cull the Meek > Slice and Dice.
