Tower of Fantasy is available since August 11, 2022 and this new gacha game lets you experience a futuristic open-world adventure with an MMORPG aspect. Your goal is therefore not only to explore the different regions, to complete quests but also to summon characters and improve them. - Grievous Wound : Fully charged weapons deal damage equal to 137.00% ATK on the next attack, and make the target afflicted for 7 seconds, taking 20% more damage.
How is Shiro/Sea Chakram played and with whom/what weapon?
Shiro (or at least his weapon) is a Sub DPS with great AOE (area damage) abilities thanks to his bouncing chakrams. She gets a very powerful skill cooldown reset for the whole team from the 3rd star, which is not insignificant. Her special skill is also very interesting since she can create an area of effect that attracts enemies, reduces their speed and hits them with Chakram blades.
- Its strengths : in addition to causing heavy area damage, it can easily break shields, but its biggest asset is the reset of cooldowns (3 stars).
- His weak points : Although very useful for area damage, Shiro is quite fragile. That's why playing her with support/defense characters like Zero and Cocoritter is a good idea.
Progression: how to improve Sea Chakram?
The 6 star levels
Each SR and SSR weapon can progress up to a 6-star level. Initially, your weapon will be at 0 stars and you will therefore have to improve it 6 times to reach the maximum level, but this means that you will have to obtain the same weapon 7 times to improve it.
- 1★: Increases damage dealt to targets within Full Outbreak's range by 30% as well as all elemental burst effects.
- 2★: Increases base ATK growth of current weapon by 16%.
- 3★: Increases fracture by 15% and resets all weapon skill cooldowns when breaking the target's shield. Can only be triggered once every 30 seconds.
- 4★: Increase base HP growth of current weapon by 32%.
- 5★: Attacking an afflicted target extends the duration of the afflicting effect by an additional 7 seconds (only applies once for the same effect).
- 6★: After using Full Hatch, you get a 100% chance to crit for the next 8 seconds.

- Rapid Throw : While on the ground, use the weapon to attack 5 times in a row.
- Air Blast : While airborne, hit normal attack to perform 3 spin attacks.
- Dispersion : After the second normal attack, hold down the attack button to activate Dispersion. Fires five penetrating chakrams forward, each hit dealing 33.5% x ATK + 2 damage, with a minor knockdown effect.
- Air Spin : Press and hold normal attack while airborne to trigger Air Spin. Unleash a powerful strike, dealing damage equal to 147.3% ATK + 8 to the target and nearby enemies, knocking them into the air.
- Sneak Attack : Approach the enemy from behind while crouching, then use the normal attack to use Sneak Attack, dealing damage equal to 427.5% ATK + 23.
Dodge
- Dodge : Dodge just before being hit to trigger a Fantasy, which reduces the speed of enemies in a given area. You are immune to stuns for 0.5 seconds while dodging.
- Waning Moon : Use normal attack for the short time after dodging to trigger Waning Moon. Launches a spinning Chakram forward, dealing damage equal to 102.2% ATK + 5 to the target and inflicting a Stun effect for 0.5 seconds. The chakram then splits into 3 and continues to travel, dealing damage equal to 14.6% ATK + 1 to targets in its path. Split Chakrams rebound during Total Outburst.
Sea Chakram Special Skill
- Full Outbreak : Creates a chakram realm with the Explorer in the center for 8 seconds. For 8 seconds after unleashing, pulls targets in and reduces their speed by 30%. Also fires 5 Chakrams that bounce between enemies, dealing 14.3% ATK + 1 damage to targets in their path, bouncing up to 5 times. Split Chakrams triggered by Waning Moon also bounce up to 5 times. 60 second cooldown.
Discharge (ultimate)
- Air Spirit : When a weapon is fully charged or triggers a Fantasy, switching from another weapon to this weapon removes all debuffs from the wearer and unleashes Sea Chakram on a target. The hit target is stunned by the AOE effect for 1 second, and suffers 1 attack per second against up to 3 units (each attack has a 10% chance to stun the target for 1.5 seconds), dealing 31.8 %x ATK + 2 damage for 10 seconds.
Recommended matrices
There are only 4 die slots to put on your weapon. A bit like artifacts, the matrices work in sets: the more pieces of the same set you put, the more the set in question grants bonuses. For Sea Chakram, it is recommended to boost damage with Shiro 2-piece set + King 2-piece set.
