Skinning is one of 12 Professions in World of Warcraft Classic. The easiest way to start learning Skinning is to simply talk to a guard in any Capital City. They will give you directions to an Skinning Trainer who will help you get started.

It is important to note that you can only train your Skinning skill with skinners corresponding to your skill level.

Skinning combines nicely with Leatherworking, as it provides easy access to crafting materials.

Here are a list of hides and leather you can gather by skinning, as well as the level of the mobs that will drop them.
