How to get it?
First you will have to obtain the quest of this cursed Killavolt from Moxxi. Once this is done, go to the center of the metroplex to unveil the Lektra City area, a secondary area that Moxxi will be happy to unlock for you. Once inside, turn right immediately, follow the road until you see a blue cactus and its tiny sidekick. Shoot Wick and Worty and cross your fingers so the gun falls, there's no guarantee.

This legendary shotgun consumes two canisters at a time, for quite satisfactory damage. Its bonuses, focused on improving statistics, make it a all-purpose weapon, but without any real originality. Still remains the (rather thin) pleasure of having painted the portrait again for Rick & Morty's pastiches.
