What are Targets of Opportunity?
After meeting Zer0 in the main story, he will ask you to kill 10 criminals across the Galaxy: these are the crew challenges referred to as the Target of Opportunity. Stroll through the world of Borderlands 3, and sometimes you will meet the icon that is lower down in our article. This means you are close to a boss to be shot.
