Armor: Chaas Queta Shrine
For this sanctuary, you will have the right to the extreme test of strength, so make sure you are very well prepared before going there. the boss has a lot of life points and 3 phases: in the first one, he will attack you with his weapons and sometimes charge an attack by rushing on you, make sure you are behind a pillar when this happens. In the second, he will create a current of hot air with his laser, take the opportunity to fly to the top of his head in order to strike a jumped attack. In the third, at the end, he will charge his laser like the walkers found in the hyrule plain: ideally, one of these shots should be reflected with a shield by pressing A at the right time. If you can't do it, dodge the shots for the better and attack him while he loads his projectiles.
Boots: Blessing of Thano A
You will have to find a hidden sanctuary east of Lanayru Mountain. It is not a tested temple, but rather a reward for having succeeded in opening its entrance. In concrete terms, go near the place indicated in the pictures and drop a bomb on the destructible rocks.
