Anything but discreet, Death Stranding's Monster Energy product placement is enough to make you roll your eyes. To give some context, every time you go to rest, i. e. save and recharge your health etc., you are greeted by a row of Monster Energy cans on the single table in the room. Don't worry about it, it is possible to remove this nasty advertisement, or at least to get it out of your resting place.
It's simple: continue the main scenario of the game until you make a (mandatory) order for drinks. Once it is finished, the drinks delivered will be conserved instead of the Monster. The product in question is acquired quickly, in the first acts.
On the other hand, there's a product placement that you can't remove: your gourd that you fill Monster Energy... Unfortunately, you'll have to deal with it.
