Milcery is a Pokémon that can evolve in many forms. The Pokémon will always be Alcremie but its colors and patterns can change depending on the evolution method. But first of all, you have to capture a Milcery!
Where to find Milcery?
The easiest way is to go to Route 4. However, it is not present in tall grasses like other Pokémon. He's one of the creatures with an Exclamation Point heading towards you!
Getting Sweet items
To be able to evolve Milcery, you will have to collect some sweet items (such as Strawberry Sweet). The only way to get it is to go to a Battle Cafes. Once a day, you can fight the bartender and get sweets as a reward (randomly). You will find a Battle Cafe in Motostoke for example.

Give the sweet item to Milcery
Go in your bag. In the Other items tab (candy-shaped icon). Simply select the sweet item of your choice and "give" it to Milcery.
Once your Milcery holds the object, you have one last step left.
Do a Secret Dance
Or "Victory Pose". All you have to do is turn your joystick very fast, for a few seconds. Your character will then turn around and stop to make a victorious pose.
If you have followed all these steps, your Milcery will evolve in Alcremie. Be careful, sometimes you have to do the Dance at night, and other times during the day. On the other hand, it sometimes has to be done clockwise or counter-clockwise. It all depends on the color you would like for your Alcremie.

The object to hold can be any of the sweets, but it is very important to follow the instructions for the Dance. This will allow you to choose the color of your Alcremie. The object simply allows you to choose the decoration.
