Where to watch
We’re back, dungeon-runners! The Mythic Dungeon International (MDI) is coming to YouTube beginning April 11. There have been some major changes this year, but the MDI is still pushing the craziest keys and facing the most fearsome affixes. Here’s everything you need to know.
Format changes
- The Europe and Asia Division (EU/Asia) includes players from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Korea, China and Taiwan.
- The Americas Division (AMER) includes players from the Americas, Australia and New Zealand.
The division of a team depends on where the majority of its players reside.
This MDI season would not be one of the most promising without an on-site LAN! This season's final will invite our elite teams to compete for an extraordinary $300,000 endowment.
Broadcast Schedule
All MDI Cups will broadcast on Saturdays and Sundays local region time on the Warcraft YouTube channel. See below for the broadcast dates and start times by region.
New Dungeon: Operation Mechagon
We have added a new dungeon to this year's rotation: Operation Mechagon. This dungeon contains 8 bosses in two separate wings.
New Affix: Awakened
The Visions of N'Zoth update marks the beginning of a new competitive season and introduces the Awakened affix.
When the Awakened affix is active, players find obelisks scattered throughout the dungeons, acting as portals to the dark world of Ny'alotha. On the other side of the veil, players will face a powerful servant of N'Zoth, who will reappear alongside the last boss of the instance if not defeated.
Now more than ever, teams will have to push their limits to be the fastest.
