All about Breach, Valorant Agent: Abilities & more

Breach is one of Valorant agents, Riot Games' FPS. The red-haired giant specializes in assault and explosive charges. His role in the compositions will clearly be to initiate attacks or retaking points by blinding or disorienting enemies. A notable peculiarity is that two of his abilities require him to be sent through a wall, which means that he doesn't particularly like wide open spaces.

Abilities

Aftershock

¤ 100

Equip a fusion charge. Fire the charge to set a slow-acting burst through the wall. The burst does heavy damage to anyone caught in the area.

Flashpoint

¤ 200

Equip a blinding charge. Fire the charge to set a fast-acting burst through the wall. The charge detonates to blind all players looking at it.

Fault Line

Equip a seismic blast. Hold Fire to increase the distance. Release to set off the quake, dazing all players in its zone.

Rolling Thunder

Equip a seismic charge. Fire to send a cascading wake through all terrain in a large cone. The quake dazes and knocks up anyone caught in it.

Gameplay Overview

Breach is an initiator, he's here to start the hostilities. His Fault Line and Rolling Thunder can very easily hit an entire bomb site, disorienting enemies and offering your allies easy eliminations. Thanks to Aftershock, he can punish a trapped player and force him to leave his position. His Flashpoint will almost always surprise his enemies since it detonates almost instantly after its appearance on the wall. Nevertheless, it'll be necessary to be very synchronized to take back a position correctly thanks to this skill.

He's perhaps one of Valorant's most offensive agents to date and it will take much more skill to express his full potential in defence. If he remains great in corridors and closed areas, the defender will need to be sure of his timing if he's to be able to punish attackers at the right moment. However, there is no doubt that a Fault Line or a Rolling Thunder on a group of strikers can be perfectly devastating.
