The Little Boutique of the brothers can obviously expand in Animal Crossing New Horizons. It will then become larger and more beautiful and offer you a larger quantity of items. Find out in this guide how to access the Nook's Cranny Upgrade on Nintendo Switch.

Animal Crossing New Horizons: How to upgrade Nook's Cranny

If you are a follower of the Animal Crossing games, you can imagine that the small Nook's Cranny will not remain indefinitely in its first stage and that it will grow as you progress in the game. It is the case in New Horizons and here is how to improve the Boutique to its second stage. We do not yet know if the Boutique will benefit from a third stage at the moment.

How to improve Nook's Cranny?

If you want your shop to grow and offer more items on its shelves, you must meet three essential conditions:

  • Having unlocked Nook's Cranny, the Fairy Fingers Sisters Shop, and the Town Hall
  • Have spent at least 275,000 bells in the shop
  • Have played at least 30 days

This information is not official but based on our own gaming experience. To check where you are, you can check out two Miles Nook challenges on your Nookphone:

  • Bell Ringer: this success allows you to see how many bells you have spent in total in the different stores of the game
  • Active Island Resident: allows you to see how many active days you have played (time travel works)

Do not hesitate to tell us in the comments if your conditions for unlocking the improvement of Nook's Cranny are different from ours. Anyway, it is about days spent on the game and bells spent in the store. So keep buying everything you see in the Boutique if you want to see it grow!

This isn’t true I spent over a million bells according to “bell ringer” and played 36 days and my shop hasn’t upgraded.
I’ve reached the credits after KK slider plays
I’ve got a building not a tent in for resident services
I’ve done everything on the list and more I need answers ?
