In order to complete Cyberpunk 2077 to 100%, you will have to go through the trophies box and in particular succeed in obtaining the Platinum. Revealed on PS4, below is the full list of all 45 trophies available for CD Projekt Red's new game. Be careful, however, of spoilers that may be present in this list.

Reach the max level in any skill.
Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.
Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.
While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.
Use a dialogue option related to V's life path 10 times.
Craft 3 Legendary items.
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one "Detonate Grenade" quickhack.
Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed.
Perform the Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself.
After reviving with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you within 5 seconds.
Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.
Find all fast travel dataterms.
As a reminder, CP2077 will be available on December 10 on Stadia, PS4, Xbox One and PC but also on PS5 and Xbox Series X via backward compatibility.
