CD Projekt Red developers have included Hideo Kojima in Cyberpunk 2077. You will find it during the "The Heist".
When you arrive at the Konpeki Plaza with Jackie, you have the opportunity to go to the bar before going up to your room. There is a group of people chatting on a couch, one of them is Hideo Kojima.
In case some players didn't get the reference, the devs pushed to the point of hiding a second easter egg in the game. During the mission "The Hunt", be careful during the visit of the NCPD lab: it houses a BB pod, referencing Kojima's latest, Death Stranding.
