This guide has many similarities with the zennies Farming guide.
In Monster Hunter Rise, Kamura Points are used for almost every service offered in town, whether it is in the Argosy, Buddies training, the Canteen, etc. You can also spend a huge amount of them to buy Rondine's goods. This is a simple and effective way to collect large amounts in record time when you know where to find them. As mentioned above, this technique also works for harvesting huge amounts of zennies with only a few small alterations.
Preparation
First, you need to build gathering-optimized gear by combining pieces of armor from the beginning of Novice or Expert mode. The talent you absolutely need is Geologist 3, but you can also take the opportunity to add other useful talents like Botanist 4 to make a versatile set of harvesting equipment. Talismans and Jewels can also help you. The Geologist 3 talent will allow you to harvest more ore and bonus items.
As for the Buddies, you either need a Palamute for fast movement and a Gathering class Palico to optimize performance or 2 Gathering Palicos, which will instead require you to make very intensive use of your Wirebugs.
Finally, eat some dangos at the Canteen. What interests us, in this case, is the Dango Kamura since it will give you a bonus of +20% of points collected.
Expeditions and Bonuses
Next, go to Grand-Camp and check out the Expert Expeditions (or the Novice Expeditions if you are just starting the game). See the second page of the expedition description, in the "Environmental Info" section. To make a fortune, you need the "Bonus: Local Items" mention. Please take note that "Ore" is for zennies. Lava Caverns are suitable for this type of farming.
If the Local Items Bonus isn't available, you can choose to go on another expedition that has it, or just do any mission to refresh the expeditions and their bonuses. The first quests are perfect for this since they can be completed in less than a minute with a Gathering Set.
Gathering
Once your preparations are done, go to the Lava Caverns area in Expert mode. The bonus items (which look like red or purple lodes) will all glow white, so they will be profitable and give you up to 9 items at once, with a value that can go up to 750 points per unit. Be careful, the environmental bonus only lasts about 10 min on average (8 to 15 minutes), then it will change. This will give you the time to go around the area 2 to 3 times to exploit as many objects as possible. By default, items reappear in around 4 minutes, so this is the ideal length of time to go around the area and back to the first mined object.
When the bonus ends, go back to Kamura. Depending on your performance and your luck, this can go from 25,000 to 45,000 Kamura Points in 10-15 minutes.
