Kogarashi
He is in charge of the Mewcenaries at the Buddy Plazza in Kamura Village. He used to be the Palico of Fugen before he retired. You will need to talk to him regularly to send the Mewcenaries, a team of Palicoes in kites who explore specific areas and collect materials and monster items at the hunter's request in exchange for guild points. It's a great way to farm effortlessly between hunts.
