Fire Emblem Three Houses: A complete guide to Maddening difficulty

Initially, Fire Emblem Three Houses didn't have a Maddening difficulty mode, and a lot of players were disappointed by the ease of the game. We've had to be patient, but now we are able to experience a new, more unforgiving difficulty.

If you are a veteran of the series, then you'll know that Maddening Mode is comparable to the Lunatic difficulty setting of Awakening or Conquest. The following guide is for players who have completed the game at least once, preferably in Hard Mode, and who wish to raise the difficulty even further. So, we're not going to explain the basics or teach you how to play.
