Valorant and its thriving competitive scene continue to make some people want inspire some players. Numerous organizations are announcing that they want to get into the game. We recently learned that T1 has recruited food as the fourth player in its roster, alongside brax, AZK and crashies.
It's now Dignitas Female, known in the CS:GO competitive scene, who have just revealed they want to broaden their horizons with Riot Games' new FPS. This would be the first all-women professional team to take part in the esport part of Valorant.
Emmalee " EMUHLEET " Garrido, team captain, was the first to speak following this announcement:
"As both a competitive team and female pioneers in the esports space, we’re constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to better connect with our fanbase while also feeding our competitive edge."
The team was successful after winning the 2018 Intel Challenge Katowice. After which, they always managed to climb to the top of the ranking and stay there. The roster currently consists of four players:
- Emmalee " EMUHLEET " Garrido
- Amanda " rain " Smith
- Kiara " milk " Makua
- Melisa " Theia " Mundorff
EMUHLEET also added that she and her teammates didn't give up on CS: GO either. We will find the female division of Dignitas on the two competitive scenes.
They will make her official debut on the Riot Games FPS at the ANEW Valorant Women's 1K Open this weekend. Maybe we will discover the fifth player who will complete the team.
