By turning on your console today, you will notice that an update is available for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This is patch 1.2.1 which fixes some bugs in the game. Unfortunately, nothing extraordinary has been brought but other content updates like 1.2.0 will be arriving soon! The official patch note therefore simply tells us:
- Some bugs have been fixed
But which ones? Some players have conducted the investigation and it seems that the duplication glitch has disappeared.
As a reminder, the International Museum Day event is still underway, and other events will be arriving soon.
How do I update the game?
- Connect your console to the internet
- In the HOME menu, you can either launch the game directly (this should launch the update automatically), or press + to go to the options
- To force the update, select the "update" tab
