Valorant continues to make a name for itself on the competitive FPS scene. After T1 or G2, it's PAX's turn to organize its own Invitational in partnership with Seagate.
The competition tooj place from July 22 to July 26 and had a $25,000 prize pool — of which $10,000 have gone to the winning squad.
While no team names have been released at this time, we know that 20 teams will be competing in a round robin and single elimination format. Among these teams, 16 will be professional while the other 4 will be made up of influencers.
The competition will begin on Wednesday, July 22 at 2:00 pm PT. From there, eight teams will advance to the single-elimination Quarter-finals on Friday, and four teams will compete in the Semifinals on Saturday. The remaining top teams will fight to reach Sunday’s BO5 Finals.
The entire competition will be broadcast on the PAX Arena Twitch channel and co-hosted on the official Valorant Twitch.
The names of the participating teams should be announced in the coming days.
