Ubisoft released a deep dive trailer for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

The trailer expands on all aspects of the game, including how to grow a settlement, customize your player and travel across the land.

The trailer shows striking scenery amidst new gameplay highlighting ship battles, hand to hand combat, and a variety of different enemies to conquer. Battle mechanics are also featured, with Eivor using melee attacks in addition to standard weapon moves familiar to the series. Eivor also has two-handed finishers.

New gear allows for customization and new ways to play. You can even wield the legendary sword Excalibur. Resources can be used after missions to upgrade settlements.

Play as either a male or Eivor and swap genders at any time during the story. The narrator emphasized that player choice will play an important part in how the game progresses.
