One modder is bringing back wall-running to Cyberpunk 2077

When it was first shown at E3 2018, Cyberpunk 2077 had a wall-run feature that allowed V to access unique spaces and manoeuvre during battles. Sadly, this ability was removed due to "design reasons", according to Level Designer Max Pears.

However, modder Saturne is bringing wall-running back. The mod called "Cyber Tweak Engine", which you can already download from Nexus Mods and try it out, is a work in progress. This means that it actually works, but users can experience bugs and issues while using it.

For instance, before this report, there was a bug that made the player go through the wall. Fortunately, it has already been fixed, but Saturne warns users not to "expect anything sick, it's barely usable at the moment, it's more of a proof of concept for myself". It's only a matter of time before the feature is fully functional.
