The changes concerning Teemo have been running for a long time on the PBE of League of Legends. After more than two months of testing, the verdict has been reached: these changes will never make it to the live servers.
When we talk about Teemo, we find two camps, those who adore him, and those who curse him over 10 generations. And that was the problem. The feedback on the Yordle's balancing was clear, either the players loved it or the players hated it. There were no half measures.
"After a lot of feedback from players, we're going to pull out the changes. Some Teemo players liked them, some hated them, and we weren't comfortable shipping something for Teemo without his entire playerbase being happy about it. I'm looking into a few small QoL changes we could try as a follow-up in the near future."
In short, changes on Teemo may one day come along, but they will be much less important than those tested for many weeks on the PBE:
Basic stats
Basic mana regeneration increased from 1.92 to 2.5
Mana regeneration by level increased from 0.09 to 0.15
Mana gain per level increased from 20 to 25
Basic damage reduced from 54 to 51
Attack speed per level reduced from 3.38 to 2
Passive - Toxic Shot
Moved from E to Passive slot.
Teemo's base attacks now inflict 8-50 bonus magic damage and poison the target, causing 24-180 pts of magic damage for 4 seconds.
Toxic Shot damage is increased by 50% if the target is already under the influence of another poison.
Q - Blinding Dart
Increased mana cost: 70/75/80/85/85/90 → 80/85/90/95/100
Decreased basic attack damage: 80/125/170/215/215/260 → 70/105/140/175/175/210
Decreased AP ratio: 0.8 → 0.6
Now poison the target
W - Move Quick
Don't break the stealth anymore.
E - Guerilla Warfare
**Moved from Passive to E
Cooldown:** 40/37/34/31/28
New active: After a delay of 2 seconds, Teemo becomes invisible. Teemo will remain invisible indefinitely if he is immobile or in a bush, and can move up to 4/5/6/7/8 Teemos out of a bush, but any non-periodic damage caused by a champion will reveal it. Teemo can see 25% further by being stealthy. After breaking Guerilla, Teemo gains 20/30/40/50/50/60% attack speed for 3 seconds. During the recovery period, staying in a bush reduces Guerilla's recovery time.
Camouflage time when moving: 2/2.25/2.5/2.5/2.75/3 seconds
R - Noxious Trap
Decreased basic damage: 200/325/450 → 150/250/350
Decreased AP ratio: 0.5 → 0.4
Maximum number of mushrooms transported by Teemo: 3 in all rows → 3/4/5
The mushroom becomes invisible after 1 second.
Mushrooms can still bounce off each other.
