A hard blow for all those who own a Samsung Galaxy S10+... More than four days after the official and global release of Diablo Immortal, the game is not always downloadable via this device. Blizzard must undoubtedly mobilize its forces to correct this very annoying bug as quickly as possible, but the editor remains all the same in a disturbing radio silence.
A repair via the next patch?
On reddit, we can see via a megathread that Blizzard is well aware of the problem, and would also be about to release a corrective patch. However, the company seems to be waiting for a more opportune moment, and did not give a date when such an update would be likely to be implemented.
For S10+ users, there is therefore no miracle recipe: you will have to be patient and hope for a quick hotfix.
Heavy graphics bugs for the "lucky" ones
Not all Samsung S10+ users are outright deprived of the game. Some gamers manage to install the hack n slash on their device, but they often experience major graphical glitches. Again, Blizzard has already warned to be aware of these concerns (which, by the way, do not only affect the Samsung S10 +, but also other mobile devices).
Whatever happens, don't lose hope! We will update you via this article as soon as Blizzard finds a permanent solution. If you have a PC on hand, we remind you that crossplay is fully functional on Diablo Immortal, and that you can therefore already launch your adventure on PC, before resuming it on your S10+ when possible.
