As League of Legends competition in Europe resumes next week, Riot Games has just announced some very good news. Spectators will once again be able to physically attend LEC matches in Berlin.

LoL: LEC Summer Split Tickets Are On Sale!

Good news ! The Riot Games studio in Berlin will once again be able to welcome the public, during the entire Summer Split. After a Spring Split spent in their gaming houses, players will rediscover contact with the spectators, the encouragement of the fans, as well as the reactions of their opponents live.

Program of festivities

Contrary to what had been mentioned for a time, the studio will host all the matches, and not just one or two meetings. The ten formations participating in the LEC will therefore meet in the same place, but in addition the public will be able to come and encourage them. If you want to see Vetheo, Nisquy or NUCLEARINT face off against Caps or Perkz in the mid lane, Jezu and Comp trade shots in the bottom lane, or witness the debut of the new team Vitality, then a trip to the German capital is worth considering.

Although only the matches of the first two weeks are known, it is clear that there are interesting matches every day. The first day (Friday June 17) will see Fnatic and Rogue, respectively third and second in the Spring Split, face off. Day two (Saturday, June 18) is our favorite, with Vitality vs. Misfits duels, as well as the closing G2 vs. Rogue. The third day (Sunday 19) may also be of interest to French fans, especially with the BDS/Vitality confrontation. Those who play ADC will be delighted with the Jezu/Upset duel scheduled for the same day.

League of Legends

The second week will begin on Friday, June 24, with must-see games Rogue vs Misfits and Fnatic vs MAD Lions. This competitive week will end on June 25, opening with a Misfits vs SK poster and closing with Vitality vs G2.

Where to buy tickets?

These will be on sale on a specialized German site , from Friday June 10 at 4 p.m. Tickets will cost €12 (charges included), and each person can buy up to 4 at a time. However, it should be noted that no bundle is available, and that if a spectator wishes to attend two different days, he will have to make two separate purchases. In terms of health standards, wearing a mask will be compulsory. You can remove it fleetingly the time to drink or eat, but apart from these two cases, it will have to be kept permanently.

However, Riot Games has not yet communicated regarding the playoffs. If the public should also be present for the decisive matches for the qualification for the world championships (except resumption of the pandemic), it is not yet certain that these will take place in the Berlin studios. It has already happened that the LEC is exported for the finals, and even if this scenario is not the most likely given the pandemic, it is not that the publisher will revive this tradition either. In the meantime, it is possible to start preparing your most beautiful signs to support your favorite teams and players.
