Diablo 4 officially announced at BlizzCon 2019

Diablo fans have been waiting for this moment for years. No release date has been offered, but at least there is something tangible to expect.

Luis Barigga, the game director, went on stage to talk about the game. Their objective is to return to the dark and bloody roots of the series. This time the world will be a bigger place. There will be trade and PvP.

  • This will be an isometric ARPG developed for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One,
  • The first 3 classes are Barbarian, Witch and Druid. Each with its most famous abilities, such as the Druid turning into a bear.
  • A gameplay trailer was shown. We can see that the atmosphere is much grimmer and darker, a little like the first Diablo.
  • A playable demo of these 3 classes is available at BlizzCon.
