The first post-launch DLC for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been leaked by numerous sources. Some maps from previous Modern Warfare titles are set to make a return.
Shortly after the release of Modern Warfare, developer Infinity Ward have pinned a release date for the first wave of free maps coming to all players. Set for release in December, the buzzword for the DLC is throwback!
The leak has suggested that Wet Work, Terminal, Crash, Vacant, Scrapyard and Rust will be making a return to Modern Warfare as multiplayer maps.
Allegedly scheduled for a December 10th release, there has been no official confirmation from Activision or Infinity Ward. Below is a list of the maps that could appear in the DLC:
- Wet Work (6v6)
- Crash (6v6)
- Terminal (6v6)
- Vacant (6v6)
- Broadcast (6v6)
- Scrapyard (6v6)
- Rust (6v6 & Gunfight)
- Farah
- Boneyard
- Caged
- Hook
- 4 new Ground War maps
- 3 brand-new Gunfight maps
For those familiar with the Modern Warfare franchise, the majority of these maps are fan-favourites from Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2.
