One of the very first challenges of the Fortnite Winterfest 2019 will be to stroke a campfire.
Located in various fixed locations on the island, these fires allow you to warm up a little bit in this freezing cold, and to slowly recover your HPs. To stroke a campfire, start by turning it on with E, then revive it by placing 30 wood units on it. We start by giving you some campfire locations to complete your challenge.

The Lump of Coal is an unvaulted item for the Holidays that can also help you complete this challenge if you really don't want to use a lot of wood.
To facilitate the completion of this challenge, it's advisable to do them in Team Rumble mode. You'll be able to find a large number of weapons, get around the map easily, and respawn infinitely before the end of the game. If you join a team, you can share missions with your teammates to make progressing in your challenges quicker.
