Available after completing the Porunga Part 2 sub story in the end game of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. A new occasion for Goku to fight against Cell, this time.
Perfecting Perfection
After returning to Earth, as Goku, go to the Lands of Kodaiho, the sub story marker will show you Cell's exact location. After telling him that you've resurrected him with the Dragon Balls, Kakarot will propose a fight to Cell.
Although Cell is level 80; your SSJ2 form will be more than enough to handle him, especially if your group is well prepared, with the correct level. After a few minutes of fighting he'll willingly admit defeat and promise a better fight next time.
This quest will allow you to acquire the soul emblem of Cell. Like Frieza, this one will be very useful in several community boards.
