Obtained as part of the story of DOOM [2016] to seal the demonic portal, and stolen in the end by Hayden, The Crucible should hold a significant place in DOOM Eternal.
This time, it'll be present in the form of a weapon, since it activates a kind of energy sword. It should also be able to absorb a large amount of demonic energy.
