Bethesda and id Software revealed what performance your machine must be capable of to run the game at a good level. Here are the recommended specs for DOOM Eternal.

DOOM Eternal should run at 60 frames per second on all Xbox One and PS4 models, according to the developers. On PC, they stated that it will be possible to go up to 1000 FPS for maximum fluidity, as long as your machine handles it.

Bethesda and id Software have released an official version of the PC requirements, with an Ultra-Nightmare bonus.

DOOM Eternal: Minimum Requirements

  • Note: Configuration valid for 1080p, 60 fps in low quality.
  • Operating System: Windows 7 (x64) / Windows 10 (x64)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 @ 3.3 GHz or better / AMD Ryzen 3 @ 3.1 GHz or better
  • RAM: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics Cards: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 (4GB), GTX 1060 (6GB) / AMD Radeon R9 290 (4GB), RX 470 (4GB)
  • Storage: 50 GB of available disk space

DOOM Eternal: Recommended Requirements

  • Note: Configuration valid for 1440p, 60 fps in high quality.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 (x64)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 6700k or better / AMD Ryzen 7 1800X or better
  • RAM: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics cards: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1080 (8GB), RTX 2060 (8GB) / AMD Radeon RX Vega56 (8GB)
  • Storage: 50 GB of available disk space

Doom Eternal: Ultra-Nightmare Requirements

  • Note: Configuration valid for 2160p 60 fps in Ultra-Nightmare quality OR 1440p 60 fps in Ultra-Nightmare quality.
  • Operating System: Windows 10 (x64)
  • Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or higher
  • RAM: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics Cards: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti (11GB) or AMD Radeon VII (16GB)
  • Storage: 50 GB of available disk space

DOOM Eternal will be released on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Google Stadia on March 20, 2020.
