Pick up the Praetor Suit point at the bottom of the room with a huge well.
Next comes one of the very last secrets of the mission and perhaps the hardest to get. You have to use the double air dash in the right place. If you miss your shot, you'll have to go all the way to the end of the mission to unlock the fast travel, then choose "Throne Room" as your destination and try again.
The remaining items are fairly easy to obtain. Going around the area, you will reach the opposite balcony, which will allow you to jump to the Codex Page.
You will also be able to purge the water. Finally, you will retrieve your Crucible and jump into a room full of fearsome enemies. You can kill the big demons with the Crucible, and the small ones with your other weapons.
Once it's cleared, the teleportation will be unlocked, allowing you to return to the throne room if you missed the secret during the long vertical drop.
