This is one of the first sidequests you can take on in Sector 7 of Final Fantasy VII Remake, It'll open up once you've spoken to Chadley for the first time.
Head to the west of Beginner's Hall, where you'll see a bunch of kids playing in a park. One of them, Betty, is rather sad. She's lost her three cats, and Cloud is just the man to find them.
The Lost Cats
Finding them is actually quite simple:
- One is located sitting on the porch of Seventh Heaven.
- Go east from here, where you'll find the second cat sitting on the road at the next crossroads. Its meowing should alert you.
- The third cat is well hidden. Head to the Beginner's Hall, and the houses north of it. Just before the Item Shop, you'll find a woman with a green quest marker above her head. After you talk to her, head through the pipe to find the final cat.
Returning to Betty will reward you with a Maiden's Kiss, which removes the Frog status from your party members.
