If you ever wanted to get in a group and adventure in Final Fantasy XIV with other players the Free Company system is here for you.
How to Create a Free Company
To create a Free Company the player will first need to be at minimum Level 25 and to complete enough of the Main Story Quests to get into a Grand Company.
Once the player has completed these requirements and are not under the 24h limitation of leaving a Free Company they can follow the creation procedure:
- Get a Petition: From the administrator of your Grand Company in its main city.
- Choose a name for the Free Company: From 3 to 20 characters.
- Choose a tag for the Free Company: This is what will be displayed along your character name.
- Get 3 players to sign your petition
- Pay the Registration Fee of 15,000 Gil.
And here you are, leader of a new Free Company.
Joining a Free Company
To join a Free Company you will need to:
- Be on same server than the Free Company you want to join
- Be invited or apply to the Free Company
No minimum level is required so feel free to join your friends on their adventures!
