In Pokémon Sword and Shield, it's possible to reset the Evs (Effort Value) through the berries obtainable in the trees. Here are the different berries lowering the EVs:
- Pomeg Berry: HP
- Kelpsy Berry: Attack
- Qualot Berry: Defense
- Hondew Berry: Special Attack
- Grepa Berry: Special Defense
- Tamato Berry: Speed
With the arrival of the first expansion, there is another way to reset the EVs instantly. You must first go to a small island located in the Workout Sea. To get there, teleport to Fields of Honor so you can get there faster.
Once on this small piece of sand, you find yourself in front of an NPC (Lady Clear). This is the character allowing you to reset all of your creature's EVs in exchange for 10 Armorite Ore
