In Genshin Impact, materials and utility items are extremely plentiful, and you don't always know where to find them. Purchase, loot, monster to kill? Sometimes the materials are simply found in some well-hidden nooks and crannies of Teyvat's world, and that is precisely the case with the Noctilucous Jade in the game. Having some of the best characters in stock for exploration can be a plus here!
In the Wangshu Inn, you may be assigned a quest that asks you to get your hands on said stones. You will then have to take the road to Mingyun Village.
Noctilucous Jade is found in large quantities near the mines and caves of the region. You just have to break the rock with your bladed weapon, then pick up the crystals that scatter in front of you.
To complete the quest at Wangshu Inn, only 3 units of jade will be enough, but later you will need more minerals to perform various Ascension actions in the game.
Also be aware that Liyue Harbor is home to a merchant named Shitou, who is able to sell you Noctilucous Jade for 1000 moras each.
