Available with Patch 5.35 and the introduction of the Bozjan Southern Front in the realms of Final Fantasy XIV the Construct 14 is purchasable mount.

FFXIV 5.35 How to get Construct 14 identification Key

You can earn purchase the Construct 14 identification Key that unlocks the mount for 180 Bozjan Clusters.

You can buy it from the Resistance quartermaster at Utya's Aegis (X:14.2 Y:29.6)

This mount is also tradable and can therefore be sold and bought on the Market board.
