The CARV.2 tactical rifle is the latest addition to the Warzone weapon arsenal and from the outset, it has already proven a popular weapon of choice when it comes to mid-range and long-distance duels thanks to minimal levels of recoil and slight damage drop-off.

In recent months, the battle royale has been dominated by a burst rifle meta, with the AUG and M16 featuring in the vast majority of loadouts.

The addition of the CARV.2 could spark another period of burst rifle dominance, much to the annoyance of some players but with the right set of attachments equipped, it's clear to see why players are dropping into Verdansk and Rebirth Island with this new rifle.

With a variety of attachments to select in the Gunsmith, it can be tricky to determine which are the best to equip on the CARV.2, which is why we have found the very best combination to use on the rifle.

Warzone CARV.2 Best Attachments

  • Agency Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • Axial Arms 3x (Optic)
  • 22.3" Cavalry Lancer (Barrel)
  • Field Agent Grip (Underbarrel)
  • 45 Rnd Speed Mag (Ammunition)

This set of attachments provides improvements to damage and bullet velocity, enabling players to fully maximize the capabilities of the CARV.2 in mid-range and long-distance gunfights.

With minimal levels of recoil, the rifle excels when it comes to scoring headshots which result in incredibly fast times to kill.

While the weapon dominates from a distance, the burst firing mechanic can let the CARV.2 down in close-quarters combat, meaning a secondary weapon with a fast rate of fire such as the Bullfrog is the ideal companion to negotiate any close-range opposition.
