In Monster Hunter Rise, Fugen is in charge of giving you the Kamura Tickets. You can easily see if he is willing to give them to you thanks to his yellow dialogue bubble, or in the quick travel menu. You'll have to convince him to give you enough to forge everything you need.
How to get Kamura tickets
The easiest way is to progress through the quests in Kamura Village and complete quests for the villagers. Fugen will then give you tickets from time to time. You can also do Apex quests.
Once at Grand Camp and on Expert difficulty, Fugen will no longer give you tickets. You will have to return to the village and perform Novice quests. We suggest that you perform those related to yellow requests as a priority. If you don't have any more available, we advise you to fight the Grand Izuchi or do one and two-star quests.
If Fugen wants to talk to you when you come back from a quest, it means that he has tickets to give you. If not, restart a quest.
Use of Kamura tickets
These tickets have many uses, the most notable being the creation of special exotic-looking weapons, usually unlocked after special requests.
Many armor pieces also make use of these tickets, especially the Utsushi (Visible) S armor set, which offers the highly desirable Chance talent, very useful for farming gems and other rare materials.
