Hellfire Ramparts is one of the dungeons in Burning Crusade Classic. It can be accessed from level 57.
The entrance is located in the central part of the Hellfire Citadel, in the heart of the Hellfire Peninsula in Outland.
Location
To access the Heroic difficulty, you must be level 70 and in possession of the Flamewrought Key, which is available to players who have attained Revered reputation with Honor Hold (Alliance) or Thrallmar (Horde).
To access the Hellfire Ramparts, the Blood Furnace, and the Shattered Halls in Heroic Mode, Burning Crusade Classic players must have the Flamewrought Key. Here's how to get it quickly.

Instance Bosses
The boss is accompanied by two Hellfire Watchers. The objective is to interrupt them (and if necessary kill them) to prevent them from healing Gargolmar with their Heal technique. CCs (including Mind Control) work on them.
On Heroic difficulty, Gargolmar applies Mortal Wound to the tank, forcing the party to either have an off-tank or kill the boss quickly.
Periodically, Omor summons Felhounds that deal melee damage and cast Drain Life on the nearest target. They can be CC'd using Banish or even Enslave Demon.
On Heroic difficulty, Felhounds also cast Mana Burn, and Omor casts Bane of Treachery, forcing players to play scattered.
The fight takes place across two phases and begins when the two guards at the entrance of the arena have been pulled.
When Nazan is in the air (and Vazruden is alive), avoid the areas of Liquid Fire that he throws on the ground.
On Heroic difficulty be careful, as Vazruden casts Revenge as soon as the tank parries, dodges or blocks an attack. Once landed, Nazan has an additional skill called Cone of Fire — the party should avoid being in front of it.
